The attempt to create an artificial market in energy supply has demonstrably failed. It is broke so let’s fix it.

Utilities should be in public hands and not those of profit-seeking, and often foreign, owners.

Government approved robbery of the population for the benefit of the few.

Power is too important to be left to private business.

Re-nationalisation of all utilities.

They should never have been sold off in the first place.

The Big Six are corporate thieves.

Making profit from essential public services shouldn’t be allowed.

The supply of a universal commodity, such as energy, should be run on a non-profit basis.

Our heating is our biggest cost nowadays.

Re-nationalise all power and water companies now.

Time to get rid of the energy racketeers.

It is obscene for anyone (including the government with VAT) and especially foreigners to make money from the sale of domestic fuel. Privatisation is essential.

Re-nationalise all public utilities.

Re-nationalise it all. It should all be owned by and run for all the people – not thieves and shareholders.

Keep power prices down and cut down on dividends to shareholders.

Big Six energy companies are a definite cartel. Let’s have a proper investigation into them. Ever since the utility companies were put in private hands prices have risen.

De-rail the current gravy train. Too many bosses and not enough productive staff.

The increases over the last few years show that this government is only interested in big business as usual. Disgraceful.

All utilities should belong to the people, not profit-making private companies.

We need to empower communities. People do have power. If we want to achieve something, we the people can be the agent of change and do it ourselves.

Daylight robbery. Corporate assisted manslaughter.

Excellent cause. Well done. When the government washes its hands of its responsibility to the people, the people must take action to protect themselves.

The voice and will of the silent majority needs to be heard.

All utilities and public transport should be in state ownership.

This is our right; We have paid ten-fold for the energy infrastructure. It is time it is returned to its rightful owners – the people of Britain.

Let’s bring an end to the extortion racket that is operated by the power companies.

Everything should be publicly owned. The government has no say in the matter.
