The reason we are annually held to ransom is to feed the grotesque profits of organisations that were taken away from us. They were ours, give them back.
We need government-run, not-for-profit energy supplies.
They should belong to the people.
Where consumer essentials are concerned, profit adds to the cost. Re-nationalisation of power is necessary.
Nationalisation is essential for all public services which, because of their nature, do not have true competition. Energy nationalisation also provides forward planning.
