Nationalisation vs privatisation: the public view

National vs Private

A YouGov Poll published today, shows majority support for taking vast swathes of our key public services and infrastructure back into public ownership.

53% want to see Energy Companies returned to the public sector compared to 31% who want them to remain in the Private Sector (and 16% Don’t Know).

GfK Poll: 68 percent support re-nationalisation

A poll published today by YouGov shows that 68% of the public say the energy companies should be run in the public sector, while only 21% say they should remain in private hands. 66% support re-nationalising the railway companies, while 23% think they should continue to be run privately.
